Convert PNG to SVG
A PNG logo gets blurry when you scale it up; an SVG stays crisp at any size and is easy to recolour. This converter traces your PNG into vector shapes in your browser, starting with a preset tuned for logos and icons. Choose how many colours to keep, check the preview and download the SVG.
Your image is processed by your own browser and never uploaded. Many online editors send your photo to their servers and delete it later — this one never receives it at all.

PNG to SVG: frequently asked questions
Will the SVG look exactly like my PNG?
Close, but not pixel for pixel: tracing turns areas of colour into smooth shapes. Logos and icons with flat colours convert very well; photos become a poster-like image.
How many colours should I use for a logo?
As many as the logo really has, usually between 2 and 8. Too few merges colours together; too many adds extra shapes along soft edges.
Can I use the SVG in design apps and on websites?
Yes. It contains standard vector paths that open in Inkscape, Illustrator, Figma and other editors, and it works directly on web pages.
Is my PNG uploaded?
No. The tracing happens in your browser on your own device.
