What font do memes use?
Classic image macros use Impact, a heavy condensed typeface, in white capital letters with a black outline so the text stays readable on any background. ImageSpark uses Impact when your device has it and falls back to a similar bold sans-serif font otherwise, so you keep the familiar meme look.
Can I change the font size or color?
Yes. Use the Text size slider and pick any text colour and outline colour; white text with a black outline is the classic look. Long captions wrap onto extra lines and shrink if needed so they stay on the image.
Does the meme generator add a watermark?
No. The meme you download contains only your image and your captions, with no ImageSpark logo or watermark, so you can post it anywhere. Keep in mind that the rights to the underlying photo belong to whoever took it, so use images you're allowed to share.
What size should a meme be?
There's no fixed size, and ImageSpark keeps your image's original dimensions. For social feeds, a square or 4:5 image around 1080 pixels wide displays well on most platforms. If your picture is much larger or oddly shaped, resize or crop it first, then add your captions.
