You also agree not to upload anything that can be used for harassment or spam. When you upload an image, your IP is logged and any such material will result in the banning of your IP, which means you can no longer visit/upload to ImageSpark.net.
2. Unallowed Material
You are prohibited from upload ANY of the following material, for ANY reason:
- Pornographic files. This includes, but not limited to, files revealing genitalia, nudity, or sexual situations.
- Files intending to harass or spam.

- Files that are illegal and/or are in violation of any United States laws.
